This is my review for this Bottle Steriliser and Dryer from Dr Browns, at the time of writing it was priced at £99.99 on Amazon.This is a fairly large countertop appliance that uses a combination of steam and purified air to sterilise, dry and store baby feeding products such as bottles, breast pump parts and dummies.The steam and purified air allow the items to be sterilised, killing up to 99.9% of bacteria and then stored safely in the unit for up to 24 hours before use, the included HEPA filters remove 95% of airborne particles so the air used to dry the bottles is nice and clean.Dr Browns are a well known and respected brand in the baby feeding and colic prevention product market, so I was optimistic it would live up to my expectations, especially given this is a premium product with a price tag on the higher end of the range for similar products.Two HEPA filters are included out of the box, these are recommended to be changed every six month and they are priced at around £10-15.Design is fairly simple and functional, it takes up a fair amount of counter top space in the kitchen, but for that you get a huge volume of space that is ideal for getting lots of bottles prepared in advance.There are four buttons on the front of the unit which control power, steam, dry and auto modes. Auto mode does a steam then dry and is the mode we use the most.Lifting the large lid reveals a lift out basket for holding the bottles in place, this works for our (non Dr Browns) bottles too, and a tray for smaller parts.Steriliser is easy to use, simply add water and select mode then it will automatically turn itself off once it has completed the mode.Pros:Good build qualityWell known brandHuge volumeFits other brands productsCons:Too big for small kitchensA bit more expensive than similar productsConclusion:This is a premium product from a good brand, it performs its advertised functions correctly and reliably every time so I can confidently feed my child with bottles I know will be clean.It is better suited to larger kitchens where an appliance of this size can be given adequate space on a worktop, a lot of our worktop space has shelving units above so have limited access from above.

I don’t normally leave reviews but wanted to leave one here as there have been bad reviews. I’m very pleased with this steriliser overall and it meets all my baby needs. Love the drying option as well if I have an hour for the cycle to finish. Very pleased

We were recommended this product and since day one there was a problem with the cleaning cycles cutting off before they were finished. With many emails back and forth to Dr Browns, telling us that it must be a limescale build up(after the first use!?!) we had a replacement unit and yes the same thing happened. After another call, we were told to add 120mls of water instead of the recommended 110mls and now it works. So the manual and instructions are incorrect.

Excellent quality, fits most bottles. Washes and dries really quickly. I was dubious at first with it having hepa filters – I didn’t want to be changing them all the time but I neednt have worried, it comes with enough filters to last 12 months, we won’t need it after that. So easy to use and sturdy.

Does everything it says it does. Much better solution than microwave-based solutions. Drying is a bit long, but when needed I turned it off sooner.

As a father of twins, it can be chaotic at time, especially when your sleep deprived. However, getting all the bottles and bits a pieces on top with the auto sterilise and dry function means put it on and walk away. Return knowing the bottles are ready to be used.Great product, does exactly what it says and seems to be decent build quality. Makes life that little bit easier.
